- 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for an exchange or a refund.
- To start a return, email info@both-girls.com with your order number and we'll send you everything you need.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return arriving and being checked.
- Exchanges are available for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless your item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
