Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.

UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all launch orders within the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-4 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently ship to a number of international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
